For the price we paid it was definitely not worth it . My wife and I stayed here before and had no issues. This time we got to our room at about 11 pm and then the noise started . Teens running up and down the hallway banging on the walls . This went on and off for the next 3 hours and only after I called the desk twice did it stop at about 3:30 very AM. When we checked out I again complained to the manager. And like I said for the price we paid they didn’t even offer a cup of coffee. Nothing nada I wrote to Hilton HQ and told them and they said they would get back to me that was 3 weeks ago poor excuse for a big company

When there is a bar in the lobby you get drunks walking the hallways at 2AM loudly, closing their room door without care waking up all around them. The walls have zero sound proofing that you hear your next door’s neighbor conversation and when they are inconsiderate and it is past midnight it will be keeping you awake. I have had better night sleep in a motel. This hotel had the smallest double beds ever, showers are in dire need for some remodeling. What is up with Hilton and small double beds? I asked the front desk to come up and shut some neighbors up at 5am and they never did. I asked to be moved and they said next day till try, I’m still waiting for new roll of toilet papers. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I will never book this again and will also stay away from Hilton hotels because profit is their greatest priority.

This Hilton is living in the past and not taking care of their property. You can clearly hear people next door talking at 4 AM, doors bang unnecessarily loud, I could feel the spring in the bed and they are small double beds. I will stay away from this Hilton and never book here again. The high standards that Hilton had been known is no longer a reality. As a matter of fact, I will not book Hilton again. It seems to me that they are way too focused on profit.

The first room we went into was dirty - the curtains had some kind of chunky substance on it that looked almost like vomit. The bathroom sliding door was broken and wouldn't close. Our door latch was being held on by duct tape. The front desk concierge was very helpful and got us a new room right away - the 2nd room was decent but it was obvious that it was lacking upkeep. This hotel is absolutely a "bait and switch" - the lobby is immaculate but at the rooms are less than to be desired.
