I found my stay at the hotel to be enjoyable. The staff, in particular MISHAW, LESLIE, MIKE (whose position on the hotel staff I am not quite sure of) and the employee (I failed to get his name), who allowed my Domino’s pizza to be delivered to my room, to be INCREDIBLY polite and attentive, WELL BEYOND that of my previous stays with other hotels across these United States. The four of them are a CREDIT and ASSET to SLEEP INN At Court Square. The only downside to my stay was the document copying service the hotel provides guests. I asked MISHAW if she could make approximately six additional copies of my resume that I needed for the Shelby County Schools’ job fair which was being held in Memphis during my stay. MISHAW was more than willing to make the copies. When she presented me with the copies, and before I could even begin to ask to borrow a stapler, she was already handing me the stapler, which serves to show just how much foresight and attentiveness she shows when working with guests. BRAVO, MISHAW!!! While stapling the copies I noticed that were a couple of anomalies on the pages (a mystery line appeared across the top edge of each page and the text was slanted). I pointed them out to MISHAW, and she replied that she had noticed anomalies as well and had tried to recopy the documents prior to presenting them to me. I can only assume that perhaps due to the advanced age of the copier, infrequent or lack of proper service that this was the cause.

My stay was great. It is time to replace the mattress on the beds because it was kind of flemzy.

excellent location;

Pros: everything !
Cons: keep up the good work
Location: most restaurants within walking distance of the hotel are not open after 7 pm. Close to location of river boat cruises.
we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would certainly recommend it. We would award the hotel at least 4.5 stars: staff friendliness, safe parking right outside the front door, really good breakfast menu for which changes daily; easy to get to and from the interstate.

Memphis Stay

Nice place downtown

Nice staff, clean rooms, close to everything. The only negative I have to offer is about the pillows. I called them 'pillow nuggets', they were tiny and we had about 10 of them. It's minor, but pack your own pillows if you have trouble sleeping like me.
