Room was clean, however if you decide to get a room get one on the top floor. If you had at the bottom you will hear loud stomping all night.

Very colorful rugs,rooms,fine details could be better cleaning,had to call to get remote for tv,talked to main desk about finding something in room said he didn’t doubt it but no big deal.bad area around hotel

The staff was really friendly. The room was horrible. The rooms was not clean and washroom was dirty. The sink was half way stable, also the washroom sit will move around. The carpet where dirty with the sofa. The box of the bed was chip look like nothing like the picture. The hotel was not like the pictures. What also i didn't like was that i was up all night bcs the that say next door where up late. I will not recommend it at all. People dont sleep 😴 and they're up all night. Not satisfying with the stay. Also no breakfast, this hotel is smoking hotel.

WITH THE PANDEMIC IN ALL GOING ON. THERE WAS BLOOD IN MY BED. THE BED WASNT CHANGED N I HAD TO CHANGE IT MYSELF. ROOM WASNT VACUUMED. ROOM WASNT WIPED DOWN PROPERLY. THERE WAS GRAPES EVERYWHERE. TUB WAS NASTY. THEY GAVE ME HALF OF A REFUND WHEN I FEEL I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN IT ALL BACK!
