Free breakfast that was advertised on Travelocity was not offered due to covid, their where dirty towels in my room upon arrival, and a nasty stain on my bedding. I had to go target and buy a comforter to use during my Stay. Also the A/C & heater units in the rooms have limits for how cold or hot you can make the room. The coffee kuri machine was dirty.

The room was well decorated and spacious. The tub appeared to have jets but there was no way to plug it or turn on the Jets. There were many loud late night guests every night. Also, the walls were thin so I was prevented from getting a good night's sleep.

A Nice Place.

The hotel is very nice, and reasonably priced. I really appreciate the cookie and trail mix in the room. We did stay one night at the Lucent just nearby and it was excellent. It's refurbished. I just thought I would let you know about that.

Good Times

OK

Pros: location
Cons: The room smelled musty. Maybe air it out?
The staff was great, location was great for what I needed, I had a 1st floor room that smelled musty, but other than that it was fine. I'd probably stay there again.

Great location in town, near Stanford.

Pros: Location in town was nice and I liked the staff.
Cons: Only complaint was that the refrigerator was noisy.
Location: Near restaurants, grocery store and Stanford shopping center. Close to Stanford University and not far from San Jose.
We only stayed one night, but the room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and seemed to be happy with their jobs. It was a good experience and I would stay there again.
