The Elser Hotel is an absolute dream! Stunning views! The Elser is a unique boutique hotel! We stayed in a three-bedroom suite. Staff were so welcoming and accommodating for our specific needs. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Elser Hotel.

It was okay. It felt very sterile in the suite; like a corporate extended-stay hotel facility, The front desk really didn't seem to have their act together. Because the hotel is shared with apartments, the security and elevator system is unnecessarily complicated. It was convenient to Port Miami, but an otherwise unremarkable stay.
