We had a great stay! The golf cart shuttle to and from downtown was perfect for the cold nights. The Almost Friday bar in the hotel had great food and atmosphere and the security at the hotel was top notch!! Broadway is a short walk from the hotel and the Country Music Hall of fame and the Bridgestone Arena are even closer. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Nashville. We will definitely be back!

Check in time was delayed for over an hour for multiple guests including us. Was told that they haven't finished cleaning which was really inconvenient for us since we were only in town for one night for a yearly event and had to get ready in time for it. They refused to offer us a different room and we were left no choice but to wait around. Was not a positive experience at all.
