Location was great and convenient to the activities around downtown Nashville. Negatively was my room location on the 7th Floor, which must have been located above a bar and a live band played nightly around 3am for an hour VERY LOUDY.

Location, amenities, and finishes of the hotel are fantastic. We love the flexibility of the sleeping arrangements at Springhill as we have a family of five. The room design in our opinion was poor. The bathroom rather than being in the traditional spot is alongside the sleeping quarters leaving for very little privacy. This also pushes the living quarters very far from the window and natural light. Hopefully they will not repeat this design elsewhere.

Really nice and helpful. I did reach out to them prior to booking about breakfast and the dates I’d be there and they said early July there would be breakfast—- guess it’s not early July enough but a bit misleading. Great facility, trash around pool needs to be cleaned up. Third party sites say FREE ONSITE PARKING. THIS IS NOT TRUE.
