I appreciated the effort to make the property look nice. The staff was welcoming and our room was large and nice. They American side of the Falls was troubling though. I was much more impressed with the entertainment and dining options of the Canadian side.

Hotel Bldg: I liked the location to\fro the Falls, shopping, restaurants nearby. Staff: Very Good, the hotel staff were nice - those I worked with during my check in & check out times. A : Heater wasn't loud like most hotels, this one was quieter where you're able to sleep through its on & off cycles Con: Behind the bed head board & room end table was scary! Needs a serious clean. .

A lovely hotel! Great location, clean, and all around a nice stay. Nothing super fancy, but the room was fresh, the bed was comfy, and the WiFi worked. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something quick & easy.
