The outside facade was clean, however, the check-in 'lobby' was like a prison, the overall facilities were FILTHY. Cheap tiled floors were dirty, the room itself was disgusting. The bed looked as though someone had slept on it; the shower had HAIRS all over the walls, the floors were dirty - you could see the dirt and dust, THEN THERE WAS A COCKROACH on the counter. With the amount of traffic by the other guests, this appears to be a place where homeless people live and because we didn't feel safe, we left and went to another hotel.

Pros: nice people work there...good selection of television channels
Cons: Some form of room service
Location: Very loud cars passing by
smelly hallways from people cooking.....noisy refrigerator........

A waste of time and money

one night not even a full night the bed was terrible very very uncomfortable to the point I walked out

Didn't mind the short staff or no percs but a comfortable bed is a must. They fell way short

Satisfaction

Pros: The reception, accommodations, cleanliness,
Cons: Hard to improve near perfection
I was very happy with the reception I received from the staff. Very polite and courteous. The room was very comfortable and very clean. When everything is so proper, there are no complaints.

Loud night

Just needed a quick place to get an important night's sleep. I arrived after 1am and was only going to get 6 hours of sleep. The noise from the room above was out of control. Sounded like kids running and jumping. Or throwing bowling balls. Until 4:30 am. The room had a strong musty smell, I imagine from the ability to cook in the room. Expected with an extended stay hotel. Price was excellent but you get what you pay for.

What they don't tell you is they don't do turn down service,or you have to ask for it. and that it is home to the nearly homeless. Several of the tenants are long term. You learn this by the screaming kids in the room next to you and the chain smokers outside , who drag their scent troughout the hallways. Not really a place for the traveling professional.
