This our "go to" hotel in Ottawa. The suites are perfect for families or those who like to prepare some of their own meals. The pool and hot tub make for a great rest and fun for the kids/teens. The location can't be beat - especially if you plan to skate the canal in winter or bike it in the summer.

better than expected accommodation

Pros: was installed in the tower suite rather than in the main hotel, parking was great, location was perfect. 4 minute walk to my business destination.
everything was made easy for us and for our small pet (dog). Mezzaluna restaurant in hotel (food) very tasty.

It was a good stay in Adwawa, it feels cheap, but is good for the price.

A centrally located hotel but

Pros: The restaurant staff wad very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was ok nothing to speak about.
The Cartier wing of the hotel (old section) has air only I. The bedroom and its noise is very loud when you try to sleep !!!! You want to stay just above the check in desk. The rooms are newer and much more comfortable.
