Location: Texas grill restaurant next door was very good. We found out when checking in that we could have gotten a 10% discount

Weekend

Nice, clean, comfy beds. Good shower. Accomodated front desk staff. Stayed 3nights. Good breakfast with pancakes-no waffles. All day/evening coffee. Parking in the evening got tricky-very full. The bathroom floors did not get cleaned daily. Quick elevator.

Excellent Hotel!!!

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet, excellent customer service
Has the most friendly and helpful staffs I ever stayed. The room was really clean and comfortable. Very satisfied with the hotel!!!

This is a very nice hotel and an excellent value!

Pros: Quiet
Cons: Poor breakfast
This was a brand new hotel when my wife and I stayed last year. If you are traveling to Ottawa by airplane this hotel is perfectly located near to the airport. If you are driving, the hotel is located about 2 to 3 miles from downtown Ottawa. The rooms were well nicely appointed and clean, the staff was first rate and friendly. I wasn't particularly thrilled with the continential breakfast selection and the indoor pool was very small and crowded. Otherwise it was a very nice stay.

Brand New Holiday Inn Express

I was not planning to stay here but I am sure glad I did. The hotel just opened and everything was great. I was even surprised with the free breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was great not your everyday brick roll for breakfast. Close to the airport as well as an easy commute downtown. I will keep this hotel in mind for my next trip to Ottawa

This totally works for travellers……….

Close to airport - but far enough off-road to be quiet. Great staff - rooms are clean and comfortable - everything works.  Breakfast is a nice touch.  I had one timy problem with a lock and staff were up to look at it in minutes of my request.  Only problem was that I forgot my bathing suit.
