I booked the hotel Monday thru Friday because my husband was having surgery.Next morning woke up to bed bugs I had to checkout early. I let the the desk person know all he said he was going to make note of it didn't. I would stay there again.

Dear Guest,We note that you came to check-out at 2:30 PM on Thursday. Unsure why you state you checked out the next morning. We had a professional pest control service inspect the room and they found no evidence of what you describe.

The heater was a big issue. It was cool and then you turn on the heater and it would get to the temperature you wanted but then would continue to run and I waked up in a sweat to turn it off again.

Very clean, nice hotel

It was a pleasant surprise to find such a clean room and experience a quiet stay. The continental breakfast wasn't great, but it filled us till lunchtime. I would definitely stay here again.
