There were so many issues with my stay that I am getting in contact with customer service for a refund. It was one situation after another with no follow up or follow through.

Very pleased overall with this hotel. Staff very nice and accommodating. Only issue was it appeared body wash wasn't full, possibly leftover, not enough for 2. Missing 1 face towel, one bath towel had stain. Did call for service, but no one came. Valet parking was great. Will stay again

We have booked a room with two queen beds and were given the keys to a room with one king bed. They didn’t have any rooms that would fit our needs to we had to sleep on a cot.

The staff is the best, super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for center city walking. Very clean and even posh maybe. The in house restaurant Amuse did not impress me at all. We left. Extremely limited menu and over priced. Beds are pretty decent but we got 2 fulls not queens and that was small for me and the wife to share. Seating in the room was non existant bad "chais".

Not the best experience I've ever had. Check-In was scheduled for 3:00 pm. We showed up at around 2:30 in the off chance we could check-in early; that was a no-go. Totally fine and expected. 3:00pm comes around and rooms with 2 beds (as I had reserved) weren't ready yet. I was told to wait a few minutes and they should be good to go. Also fine, I get it. After waiting for an hour and a half in the lobby and watching countless groups of people successfully check into their rooms I checked back in with the desk and they still didn't have a room ready. I was offered "something to eat or drink" for the inconvenience which I politely declined and just assured them I wanted a room ASAP. I was in town for a convention and missing out on almost 2 hours of it was a massive bummer. Once we finally got a room things got better. The room was nice and spacious. Seemed to be well kept and above your average hotel room in terms of quality. Only downside was our cable didn't work. Someone had unplugged the HDMI cable from the box and after plugging it back in the TV wouldn't recognize it. Not the biggest deal as we were mainly just there to sleep but at the end of the day we paid for a room to be available at 3 pm with a working TV and neither of these things were provided to us. The location was great; just down the street from the convention center and the local market. Beds were about as comfortable as a hotel bed can be. Not a bad stay overall but service issues could use fine-tuning.
