From the moment we arrived, the experience was sub-par. Took about 10 minutes to check in. The room was fine, bed was comfortable. Took awhile for the water to get hot in the shower. Sat down for breakfast and it took 10 minutes to be seated and 10 more to get waited on. Very short staffed. Ordered steel cut oats, and it was oatmeal. Was supposed to have cranberries and got raisins. Hubby ordered French toast with strawberries. There were 4 Pieces of strawberries! Coffee was good. Took 10 minutes to get our check. The whole experience was disappointing. Stopped to buy a few items from the cantina and it took 15 minutes to add it to our room. Once again, short staffed. Sunday evening we stopped at bar for drinks. About 25 people there with one bartender, who was mixing drinks, taking food orders, waiting on tables. We won’t be staying here again!

We had no hot water. They comped us our parking as a token of apology. One disappointing thing is the hotel is expensive and offers no amenities. No free coffee or even cucumber water in the lobby.
