Nice stay. Property could use a facelift, like ripping up carpet in rooms and replacing with vinyl. Carpet was dirty!

Very clean, quiet and great location. Easy access to and from the main attractions in Pigeon Forge as well as restaurants.

Property is a bit shabby...hotel furniture discarded in back of hotel...side door unlocked...bed quilt a bit unclean. However, my check-in guy was superb. He was friendly, professional, kind, and proficient.

This place is great! The staff, are ABOVE and beyond!! Pool and hot tub open until 2 am fit those late night relaxation, beautiful rooms, great experience

We enjoyed our stay. The area was peaceful but also close to the fun. Nice pool area too. The firepit was great on the cold evening with an Inviting lounge space.
