Welcome to our cozy 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath located 4 miles from the famous Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee! Our recently renovated home is perfect for those looking to explore the Smokies! With 1 King bed, 1 Queen, and 1 Queen Sofa bed, our home comfortably sleeps 6.

KITCHEN
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need to prepare a meal or snack. There's a gas grill located on the patio with outdoor seating for you to enjoy your meals outdoors! We offer board games and Smart TVs in the bedrooms for family-friendly fun.

FAMILY FRIENDLY
We provide a pack n play for those traveling with young children.

We are conveniently located 1 mile from grocery stores, restaurants, putt-putt golf, arcades, and amusement parks. It's the perfect spot for your next Smoky Mountain vacation! 15 minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg!

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.

Nice little getaway
The house was very cute and accommodating. We only had a few issues with the assigned parking, but management was quick to respond. Overall a nice place to stay for the week and was very close to all the attractions.

We had a wonderful stay! They really thought of everything you may need from a pack and play to a high chair and makeup desks. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay and so close to the main strip! Highly recommend and plan to stay again!

Great find and convenient!
Great location, very clean, really cool decor, very comfortable stay. This place had everything imaginable available if needed during our stay. Nothing shabby either, all was good quality and not run down. Host checked in daily via email and made sure all was well.

We love it & appreciated the thoughtful details. It was cozy and modern. Kitchen well equipped. Loved the little dining area. It was quiet at all hours and we felt comfortable and slept great. We would stay here again. My kids loved it and we played some of the board games there. We all loved the pillows. I brought my own, but ended up liking the pillows there better. 👍👍 There is a grassy area out back and this would be convenient for anyone with a doggy. The lighting and lamps give a snuggly vibe. Overall a great experience.
