Staff, especially the front desk assistant manager Jennifer was amazing. She was friendly, curtious and helpful. There was an issue with my comformaton from expedia. Within a matter of time things were handled and rectified. I was grateful for her help. Overall I was very pleased with the room, cleanliness and breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Queen beds were not that comfortable. Hot water was not hot (for tea) neither was the coffee. Dark coffee wasn't dark.
