Guest Access:
● You are welcome to access the stream at your own risk. Do not allow children near the stream without adult supervision.
● Stillwater Estates community access - amenity access for a small fee (see Other Things to Note Section)
● Access the lake by canoe or pedal boat from our private stream
● Parking for up to 8 vehicles
● Self-check-in with keyless entry - Access code will be sent out once the rental agreement is signed
● Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated with a fee of $75 each. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request. Payment will only be collected once we confirm that your request can be accommodated.
● Late check-out without our approval will be subject to a penalty of up to $500

Getting Around:
Drive, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.

We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped and can get very icy.

Other Things to Note:
The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund.

Guests must be atleast 21 years old and are REQUIRED to register with Stillwater Estates.
Wander Home will cover the $125 community registration fee for you!

OPTIONAL community amenities wristbands:
- $3 per person per wristband + 4% processing fee
- Please make sure to indicate on the registration form how many wristbands will be purchased, the community doesn't allow last-minute requests for wristbands
- Wristband fees will be collected separately through the booking platform after the reservation is confirmed.
- Wristbands are valid for the entire stay and will give you access to all the community amenities

Wristbands will give you access to:
1. Beach (Swimming open Memorial Day to Labor Day 2023)
2. Lake
3. Basketball Court
4. Tennis Court
5. Volleyball
6. Playground

This community does not have a pool.

IMPORTANT!
● We cannot accommodate same-day check-in registrations

Please note, these are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities at Stillwater Estates.

Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID after booking confirmation.

For non-Airbnb reservations ONLY, any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee & adding the damage waiver fee ($40) is mandatory. This fee will be added to the reservation once confirmed.

When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.

REQUIRED:
1. As required by the township, guests must be at least 21 years old to book the property
2. Pre-booking message must be answered

SECURITY CAMERAS / AUDIO RECORDING DEVICES:
● 1 doorbell camera at main entry door
● 1 floodlight camera on front right corner of house facing the driveway
● 1 noise/smoke detection sensor in the game room
● 1 noise/smoke detection sensor on the rear deck

Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
