I have stayed at this hotel and many other Hyatts. This hotel is not what it use to be. The rooms are showing the wear & tear.The front desk was very helpful. The room was missing a night table & lamp & at first the front desk person who may have been a manager said because it was handicapped that " could" be the reason. I did not accept that answer we have stayed there before & at several other Hyatts. Also stayed at other hotels. It's very difficult to read without a lamp. The ovrrall breakfast was good but no caffienne free tea & very limited selection of regulartea.

Nice hotel, staff was rude

The rooms were great. Kitchen in room was helpful. The pool was small and hot tube jets didn't work. Found the staff to be rude and unfriendly. However, free breakfast was awesome.
