Gracious hospitality from Valerie and Eric along with nice home-cooked breakfasts. Comfortable shared areas in den adjacent to dining room and in a large living room, along with a nice selection of books and copy of New York Times. Themed rooms with comfortable beds and furnishings. And right across the road from great walking and Hudson views on the grounds of the Vanderbilt Mansion!

Very sweet Inn. The furnishings are a bit tired, but that adds to the charm. We had everything we needed and the place was spotlessly clean. The only hitch is the breakfast that is not served until 9 AM. We are usually up and out by then, and this time we had to leave early for a funeral. The owner kindly accommodated us with fresh muffins, but i would have like to experience the whole meal.
