This is an outstanding Budget option - close to beach, outstanding service and good location. Francisco welcomed us to breakfast and lunch and made meals enjoyable. Cesar delivered drinks to our balcony. The food is very Mexican and strangely served at a cool or luke-warm temperature. The food is the least favorite part of the stay.

My family and I spent the first week of August at Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel and we did not wanted to leave. The hotel charm is unique. The service is amazing, everyone works very hard to make their guests' stay unforgettable. Food was fresh and delicious. Drinks were superb. The gardens are so beautiful. Would definitely come back ♥♥♥

You get what you pay for. Rooms were fine. Room 108 had amazing air conditioner. The pool area was great as were the staff. Safety procedures need to be taught again, especially with salad dressings. I got horrible food poisoning from ranch dressing and missed an entire day of my vacation. We have come here for several year.
