Unsafe hotel. We booked without knowing how the area looks like. We just turned around and booked another hotel. We need to rest and not be worried the whole night if we will have our truck parked outside or not.

Hotel looked uon down. Homeless people and drugs...i didn't want to stay there. I tried reaching out to the manager to request a refund because i did not feel safe. Hotels.com also reached out and neithernof us received a call back. This is terrible customer service. I know the price was low, but who wants to stay ay a place that you cant get to your room without being asked for money or see a drug deal going down out of the window. This was a terrible experince all the way around. I had to sleep in my car, which i felt safer than staying. I dont understand how i could not get my money back if i never even stayed there

It's a place to stay.
There seemed to be homeless people lurking about outside. One tried to come into my room twice. I've never seen that before and that shouldn't have to be a concern. If you stay here, be smart, keep your door locked at all times, and frankly you're probably smarter looking for somewhere else to stay. My room smelled of cigarettes.
