The staff was incompetent. Took forever and had to have the manager help. The room was was over priced dirty and unsafe. The door wouldn't close all the way. No way to lock it from inside. Dirt in the floor, cup rings on the tables. Carpet had not been vacuumed,and the tub was dirty. They sent someone to my room to sign a receipt with no total on it! $143.55 for my 3 hours of sleep in the noisy unsafe dirty room! No thanks! They couldn't even give me a receipt the next morning, it would have all zeros on it he said! I am a disabled 100 pound woman traveling alone because my grandson was in UCDAVIS. Thanks for making a horrible trip worse!

Nice rooms, but major management issues
My rating concerned several things. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, except for the managers/owners. We had to leave a day early because our family came down sick and one of us was immune compromised. We checked out by the 11AM checkout time. Normally, in my experience, the hotel would take that into account and in goodwill refund our last day. I called and the owners/managers and have not heard back from them in over 3 weeks. Very disappointed that they would not contact me to discuss a refund, Just completely ignored. I would expect this from Wyndham, but maybe this is normal. Another sensitive issue is that they provide the cheapest toilet paper I have ever seen. We visit the area frequently and won't stay here again, despite the nice rooms. You can do better Wyndham!

Great find near Redding California
For a reasonably priced hotel, this was superb valve. Clean, and friendly people. Our only complaint was we did not have our bathing suits for the indoor pool and dpa.
