The fact the pool was closed, the remotes to the tv didn’t work either and the ice machine is so disgusting.

There was a tv but no service. No AC. Cockroach climbing on the wall. Shower drain very slow.

Property was picked, outside the individual rooms outside were quaint. Inside was nice and roomy, floors needed mopped, restrooms need deep cleaning. We never got our refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was coffee and Danish ( far from continental).. staff very nice!

Not worth the money

Once I arrived there i waited an hour and a half for the manager/ desk clerk to show up to his office. He wrote a note that was placed upside down that stated, "Be back in 15 minutes." I noticed there was no AC in any of the facilities including the office in which once I was allowed in I was sweating from the uncomfortable heat. I never even checked in. I simply wanted to cancel my reservation on the spot. I will have to say the manager was very good about the cancellation. It was a much better cancellation process in relation to travelocity. Travelocities cancellation process is disappointing.
