Our family had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn Santa Cruz! The room was spacious, and the beds were irresistibly soft and plush, ensuring a comfortable night's rest. The complimentary breakfast was a fantastic bonus, saving us money while providing a variety of options. Its proximity to the beach and Santa Cruz attractions made it an ideal choice for family trips. The staff exhibited professionalism, adding to the overall positive experience. Had to remind them in order to get housekeeping
Room not cleaned despite sign that said every other day; when pointed out to staff, they said room was only done every four days; had to remind them of their own policy and then they didn't work with me on another time to have the room cleaned. They did send up a person and I got towels but they did not clean the other room we had for my family. Nothing on website indicates their cleaning policy
