We loved everthing except for being right in front of the laundry room. We could here their convos and im sure they could here us. Maybe next time we will talk to front desk. Felt like we had no privacy

Will definitely stay again and will recommended it to family and friends. Newly renovated and amenities are great. Breakfast is a plus and satisfied us. The only issue we had is the strong scent they use to make the property smell good. Too much fragrance that burns our nose. Aside from that, it is very close to everything we need like the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, parking is secure, and we feel safe inside the property.

Very nice stay
The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The hotel was quiet. My only complaint was that they now charge to park on site. When I asked if I could park on the street the front desk person told me I could but you had to pay for the meter. So we paid the $25 parking fee. The next day I found out you don’t pay the meters at night.
