I lost my black portfolio wallet, searched high and low. The day time deck clerk knew I was looking for it. I asked to get back into our room to look for it, returned the key and was asked if I found it. My husband and I searched everywhere for this with no luck. My husband went back into the hotel after searching for 45 minutes, and again asked if anyone turned it in. He was told no again, he happened to see it laying on a counter. He told the woman that it was on the counter. He proved it was ours and left. This was uncalled for.

Room was really smelly, had mold all over the bathroom. Several appliances/things in the room were broken. Complimentary breakfast was sub par and missing most options.

We had a lovely stay. Would rate this hotel 3 stars! Great breakfast, loved the pancake machine. Plenty of food, not picked over, kept well stocked. Very comfortable bed! Blackout curtains worked well keeping light out so we could sleep in. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. About a 20 min. drive from historic district. Had a small hiccup when we called to request a late check-out and was told yes, only to have the cleaning staff visit us multiple times to ask us to leave now. Front desk apologized, but they need better communication and tracking system for late check-outs. That's my only complaint. Very nice hotel and staff was very friendly and helpful. Love that southern hospitality!

Bed was terrible, was horrible, woke up in a hole it was almost inpossible to get out of, for five nights. Dana at front desk was hilight of our stay, helpful, caring, and always friendly. She should be a hotel mgr for you one day. Food was good. Free parking good. Gym great. If not for the bed I would rate it top in all areas.

Overall good quality and good staff!..

We were very satisfied with the entire facility and good staff. The beds and linens were in fairly new appearance. Everything was clean abd smelled clean. The ladies who worked breakfast area were great also.
