Disappointed! Worst Marriott stay I ever had. Upon check in went to shower and found no towels and an empty shower gel container. Called the front desk and was told "that's crazy" and you can come down to the front desk or tell the morning clean up staff. Huh? So the room was not properly prepared and I have to get dressed and come to you ? Or wait until the morning? Appalling customer service. The next day left and came back to a oom that was still not cleaned or restocked . At 3am had to go to the front desk to get towels and soap dtill missing from the first night. Deplorable! Then to top everything off got waken up at 9am by a fire alarm and told to evacuate. Had to jump up and get dressed and run outside to find out it was a false alarm. Well guess I'm going home early!

I will be sharing your comments with the housekeeping staff so they understand the importance of making sure the rooms are fully ready for our guests arrival. As for the fire alarm, we did have a small fire but was able to extinguish quickly and by law needed to evacuate everyone from building until okayed by fire department. We do hope you will stay with us again so we can show how wonderful our property and service really is.
