convenient downtown, walkable, felt safe. Lots of great places to eat and get coffee. very good location for the Steamtown Marathon finish. Parking at $15/day was a bit inconvenient and not mentioned in the price. It is a separate building next door. No bottles of water in the room like most hotels. Minimum amnt. of soap, shampoo, etc., for two people. "No luggage carts available" when we checked in and given a third floor room. A somewhat lame excuse as to why they weren't available. $59 charge for anything later than a 1pm checkout- so we left by then.

Nice hotel. Room was supposed to have 2 king sized beds but they were really queen sized beds and we got in too late to try and correct.

Front desk staff was incredibly nice. As I was checking in they asked about my plans. When i said I was planning on going to the local minor league game that night they rewarded me with 2 free tickets. What a great treat!!!
