"The front desk staff were very kind and informative to any questions you have. I called prior to checking in to see if we could possibly upgrade to a suite and they were able to. The property is next to a parking garage with a skybridge to walk to the hotel. It was very convenient. This was very convenient to downtown and in a good area. The hotel was updated and very clean. The breakfast buffet was immaculate. I will stay here every time I visit St. Louis. "
