Thank you for staying with us. I apologize that our housekeeping policy was not explained to you at check in. We do full housekeeping service after 3 days and if you want it other days we are more than happy to do so, we just need you to let us know that is something that you would like. Since Covid, a lot of people still don't want us in their rooms. Again, I apologize.

Thank you for the nice comment about our architecture. We really have a nice building and they did an awesome job making our hotel look unique and match the historical buildings nearby.

Check In was easy, place was nice and clean, but it was very hard to find a luggage cart, and staff wasn’t that nice about getting us one. We had to find one ourself on different floors

Love the location within walking distance to Old downtown St.Charles district, Only complaint was the room was too bright to sleep..only sheers on windows and street lights right outside window.

I was greeted very quickly with a warm welcome. We received a room upgrade to a two suite because the front desk manager noticed it was my birthday the next day. The property is on a quiet street with a BBQ restaurant next door. I would definitely stay here again. I almost wish we had a reason to stay another night.

The breakfast was delightful Staff was very attentive to re stocking and cleaning tables Only hiccup is you could not control your own room temperature but it was extremely hot outdoors and it could have been an energy efficient system
