Staff were not accommodating— we needed early check in and I called the night before and early morning, could not through line so busy. When I got there four hours before check in, the front desk said I should have called early. No toilet paper in room, no soap, carpet dirty.

The room that we stayed in was above average for cleanliness. But for the price we paid, the outside of the property needed some TLC.

Location of Hotel is very convenient when getting access too and from Freeway. AC unit in our room was very loud & and mattresses in our room were sagging, very lumpy and Uneven.
