Staff friendly, location next to arena and free parking are highpoints. Stained carpets, black hairs on the sink, used soap by sink, refrigerator in room making noise all night, and NO BREAKFAST in the restaurant. Also heard several guests at check out complaining about lack of hot water and other issues. Our TV did not work and after 2 visits from the engineer when it went out the 3rd time they moved us to another room. Overall, very disappointing for what looks like the nicest building for blocks.

property is beautiful....staff friendly and accomodating.... I had a hat stolen at the bar. A military hat with unit name & designation quite personal so be careful of their guests .

I booked on Travelocity but even I had my confirmation no they didn’t find it so gave me another room…. Couple days after I left they charged me on my Amex and Citi card…called and they say there’s nothing they can do cause they don’t find my stay (it say No Show) when I have a receipt from my stay and asked me to call when manager is there wow !!! So Be Awere of double charges
