We requested a handicap room. Upon arrival at 2:50pm we were told the room wasn't ready. Still wasn't ready at 4:30 and we needed to leave for an event so we took a regular room. Staff seemed very indifferent and not accommodating. There wasn't a do not disturb sign to put on the door and at 9am, housekeeping was pounding on the door. We paid $250 for a subpar experience. Never again..way overpriced and not worth it..
