This cute FSU themed townhouse just received a total renovation - beautiful tiled bathrooms, all new appliances and furniture, including comfy beds. A short walk to Doak Campbell Stadium, the location among the large oaks can't be beat. We've provided everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen and chairs on the back deck. Couldn't be closer to FSU campus - you will love it! We own another unit three doors down with same floor plan and all five star reviews. VRBO #1250062. *Nightly price subject to change when football schedule is released.

Great game weekend
Not much to look at from the outside but the whole complex looks that way. But inside was fresh and clean and very cozy and comfortable. Walking distance to stadium. It was easy peasy to stay here. Highly recommend it.

GREAT LOCATION!!!
While the building is old, when you walk in you will be pleasantly surprised by how nice the unit is. This is a well laid out two bedroom unit with very nice appointments. The master shower is VERY lovely and we plan on staying here for all future FSU games.

Tally Townhouse
This townhome was very clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay near FSU. It was walking distance to the stadium and had two parking spots in front of the home. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked so making meals at home was very easy. Jacquie even had some bottled water and breakfast bars for us with a cabinet full of spices, oil, coffee and some non perishable foods. Jacquie also accommodated a last minute request due to the hurricane. We look forward to staying here again!

Great Accommodations
This is an ideal place to stay when visiting FSU. Clean, comfortable, and close to Doak Campbell stadium. Another review mentioned noise. We did not have that problem and in fact found it to be much quieter than hotels we have stayed at in the area. Neighbors we encountered were friendly. Overall, a very good experience and I'd happily stay here again.
