This property has been my least favorite of all the Embassy Suites I’ve been to. The staff is not very friendly and the technology has not worked properly. It hasn’t been horrible but I’m not as pleased either, and I usually I swear by this hotel chain.

Literally couldn't have been more disappointed with the customer service at this property - they stated there was "nothing they could do without the third party app" to change the reservation after an emergency prevented me from staying during my reservation. After calling the third party app and the app recommending multiple reasonable avenues for reconciliation, the hotel would not accommodate. So this hotel is trying to blame the third party and yet, this was entirely in their hands and they failed their customers. The app was exceptionally helpful. This hotel is a joke - do not waste your money here - there are plenty of other hotels that provide exceptional customer service nearby.
