This property was as expected for the price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was FREEZING when we arrived! It was frustrating how far we had to walk with our bags to get to our room in the snow. Would have been nice if the sidewalk was shoveled or salted.

I stay at the Red Roof Inn whenever in the Herkimer area as great place to stay, especially when travelling on business. The front desk staff is very accommodating and friendly. Love staying in one of the rooms in the back as very quiet, amenities are perfect for one night stays too

The staff and area is great and our first stay was 5 stars. But our second stay was a 3 star since the room was not clean at all. The floor was sticky, we found 3 beer bottle caps and the towels weren't clean. So, I wouldn't recommend this place since the rooms cleanliness was average.
