We had a wonderful stay at BW PSL. The property is clean and well kept, and the staff is professional as well as very kind and helpful. Anything we asked they did their best to accomplish. I will absolutely stay there again. As to what can be improved, not much. They could find a place on the ground floor to put the facilities (washer/dryer, ice, drinks) on the ground floor as it is difficult for a disabled person to get to them (the staff offered to help with that). A fan to circulate the air in the room would be nice. The rooms do not have a microwave, but found out later i just needed to request one and they would have put one in for our stay so non-issue. If your staying around Port St Lucie, this is the place to stay. Oh, visit Grandpa's Dinner to eat. Just around the corner, great home made food, lots of it, and won't break your wallet.

Jerry was pleasant at check in, the establishment has “older bones”, but the room was well situated with all the comforts of home, good water pressure, and the bed was super comfy! I would stay here again.
