One of the best features of this property is that we provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and a rolling cart to easily transport everything down to the beach. All of the bedrooms have new beds with 2 full-size bathrooms. The living room is equipped with a smart tv and cable. The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances, so enjoy cooking your favorite meals! The stunning hardwood floors add a touch of elegance and warmth to the space with their timeless appeal and durability.
This home includes a fire pit, gas BBQ and a Private yard so bring your pet. Curl up and read all day!
This cottage is spacious and quiet with all the room you desire but with modern finishes, very close to all that the North Fork has to offer, including the beach, wineries, and best restaurants, one you could walk around the corner to Tanger outlet shops are also nearby for your shopping needs.

There is a pet fee of $200/pet per stay.
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
