Our stay was fine until we decided to dine in their restaurant. We waited for over an hour and 30 minutes for two burgers. The other tables around us ended up leaving because they were there longer and never received their food. Bad communication between the staff. The manager seemed surprised that we still didn’t receive our order after waiting that long when he was the one who took our order. We ended up leaving because of the wait. All we received was an apology for the wait. Besides that, the stay at the hotel was fine. We just decided to dine outside of the restaurant after that.

Fantastic in Every Way
My flight was delayed and I reached the hotel at 2 am. The gentleman who checked me in could not have been nicer and quickly checked me in with consummate professionalism and concern for me. I will make this my go-to hotel in West Palm Beach

The property is close to the airport. It is pretty close to downtown West Palm Beach. I liked the daily breakfast especially the freshly made omelet every morning. I was able able to get two complimentary drinks from the bar, every evening.

Good Stay, staff was friendly place was as clean as an elderly building could be. My take is this, the photos online don’t represent the real state of the hotel. It’s really really beat. No way was I going in that pool. As we looked at the building the windows I mean all the outside windows were beat up. The Hotel is OLD but not European old, USA ghetto old. Upgrade the online photos. Once we arrived ya just can’t find another hotel in a unfamiliar city.
