Didn’t like anything other than the look of the outside of the building. Checked in at 3:45 room was ready told us 30 min till it was. Got back in the car went back to office got different room. No hot water , roaches. Terrible experience. Won’t be back. Office staff was friendly only positive about the place.

Hard to find in the he dark Booked it for it’s “shuttle service” To the airport as advertised on Travelocity...clerk said they had no such thing WiFi service was very spadoraic...not good at all....ad on travelocity said it had good WiFi

Terrible experience for the first time, terrible smell and restroom wasn’t cleaned. Never will go back to that hotel again.

The girl who checked us in was the only good thing about our stay which is the only reason we gave it a chance after our first room of 3 room changes.. first room we got was supposed to be none smoking but smelt like an ashtray.. room number 2 had no hot water and the air didn’t work (well barely worked).., and room number 3 and the final room before we gave up and checked out had roaches and no water. Couldn’t flush toilet, wash dishes if even take a shower.. you’d think after all that changing rooms 3 times the grumpy general manager would of refunded 100% of our money instead only gave us 50% and didn’t even speak to us to apologize of anything just told the very nice front desk girl who did her best to help us... if this hotel was the last place on earth to stay I’d live in my vehicle first..I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy
