The heart of the home is the Breakfast and Family room with a wall of French doors and glass that overlooks a stone patio, inground pool and expansive private yard. Yard includes playhouse, swing set, and firepit for endless enjoyment. Main level provides an effortless flow perfect for entertaining. Traveling upstairs, you'll find an oversized Primary bedroom suite with a spa-like luxurious bathroom including a fabulous soaking tub, custom rain shower, toilet room, double vanity, and 2 walk-in closets. 4 additional large bedrooms- one featuring a custom full sized castle bunk bed, a nursery with a twin xl day bed, and two large rooms with an additional three queen sized beds. 3rd floor has incredible flex space with a kids jump room and toys with additional bedroom and full bathroom.

Holiday and centenary celebrations
We combined an extended Thanksgiving holiday with a 100th birthday celebration. The Rosedale house was perfect! We used all of its many features—spacious and appropriately furnished entertaining spaces, wood-burning fireplace, large adult BRs, two different kids BRs, art room, playroom, fire pit, etc. Owner and property manager were helpful and responsive from initial inquiry, to site visit and throughout our stay! Thank you!

Fantastic Home
The house is huge. It can easily accommodate a large group of people. The house is pretty child friendly. We have kids ranging from 1 year old to 6 years old and they all had a blast. The heated pool is definitely a plus for the kids to play in but of course with adult supervision. Everything were exceptional with the property and it is only a few miles away from major supermarkets. I will definitely recommend this house to anyone who's looking for a getaway.
