Newer home on 3.5 wooded acres. Open floor plan with 9 foot ceilings. Cozy up to the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large screen Smart TV, or enjoy your favorite book. Snuggle down in comfy queen sized beds in the 2 spacious bedrooms. The well appointed kitchen adjoins the living area, so the cook is not left out of the action. The front and back of the house has covered porches so you can enjoy the outdoors even if the weather is less than perfect during your stay. A large patio off the back porch offers plenty of room to barbecue, take a nice soak in the hot tub, and simply enjoy the outside. 20 Minutes to Bristol Mountain, 4 minutes to downtown Naples, 16 minutes to Cummings Nature Center, 11 Minutes to Canandaigua Lake South End State Boat Launch, 11 minutes to Hi Tor Wildlife Management Area, 11 Minutes to West River Fishing/Small Craft Access Site, 4 minutes to Reservoir Creek Golf Course, 34 minutes to Canandaigua, and 27 minutes to Penn Yan. Mother and Daughters Trip
We had a wonderful relaxing weekend at this rental. After arriving there we settled in, sat in the hot tub and talked about our day. We looked forward to spending our mornings and evenings in such comfort in this home. Everything you could think of was provided. We loved all the amenities and special touches that made our weekend special.

Private beautiful property
Clean and comfortable home. Everything you need to relax; two porches, hot tub, gas fireplace inside and out, games. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful bathroom. Washer and dryer a plus. Could use new living room furniture, perhaps at least one recliner? Overall a very pleasant stay, look forward to returning.

My boyfriend and I loved our little getaway. The house was perfectly secluded but close enough to the Main Street and to town. We got to meet with the owners of a local cafe who were so nice and welcoming. We definitely recommend and would love to someday come back!

The property is very clean, and Andrew and Tracey were great with communication! Check-in and check-out were very easy! The property is quiet and private, yet still close to town. The outdoor atmosphere with fire pit and hot tub are great for a romantic getaway. We would definitely recommend this rental in the Naples area!

A Complete Getaway
We loved our time their at the home and the town. It was a complete getaway from stress and chaos from the normal day to day. It was peaceful and quiet. A real vacation, like a vacation is supposed to be. We were able to just enjoy each other's company. We didn't even turn on the tv once.

A Quiet Get-a-Way
Set back in a pine forest, a neat little house. The house is tastefully decorated, a nice flowing layout and every room inviting. Beautiful windows and well placed around the home. We enjoyed both sunrise and sunset! Felt very safe and private. The neighboring homes were quiet and never saw anyone. We came in early spring and enjoyed the hot tub and gas fire place. Well stocked kitchen, bath and bedrooms. The guest book of instructions was helpful and not overwhelming. We appreciated the keyless entry, but there was a key if that is the way you wanted to go. Minutes from downtown Naples which offered some tasty places to eat and stroll. We really liked staying here, it met our need for quiet get-a-way.
