For the price, I can’t complain. Staff was all friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean other than a dirty rolled up wash cloth that was in the complimentary coffee and cups that were in the room. My toilet clogged up the morning of checkout, but it was resolved very quickly. Beds were comfortable. I was in a non smoking room, but the comforters both had a burn hole.

When i checked in they were nice but when i tried to get the complementary breakfast the lady was out right rude and act like it was a problem so i got that 1 time. Also the front desk kept calling me asking me did i need something so i told them there was hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor and the said i should buy cleaner and clean it i said it was here when i checked in i I didn't do it they didn't care. And there was sounds most of the night like someone was banging on pipes i could go on but ima stop here

We apologize for any miscommunications or misunderstandings, it was not our intentions to upset you. I am guessing you were a multi day stay this would explain why the desk would call you nightly asking if you needed items replenished; due to COVID-19 for everyone's safety housekeeping is limited on how many days they come into an occupied guest room to clean. I would really like to know who you spoke with it is not our custom to ask guest to clean their own room and someone should have been dispatched to your room to clean it for you immediately I am very disappointed in my staff. Because I have no idea what area of the hotel you were in its hard to figure what the banging was; our daily log has no mention of the banging, I wish you had shared this with the desk on the day it happened. I hope that you will give us the opportunity to be your lodging host again I know we can do better.

It was close to the Metro.. but they did not tell us the Metro was down for repairs ( until Oct 2019)

thank you for staying with us we appreciate it; the transportation authority announced this on their web site news channels and newspaper we apologize you missed it. and will return to stay with us once the stations are up and running again with brand new safety platforms.

We would stay at another hotel if we were in Washington DC again. That particular area where the horel is is not that great. We did see people at the 7-11 doing drugs and as a family that didn’t sit well with us. The Hotel was ok. We did have a cigarette burn on our sheets but we figure at least its clean. The carpet floors that were dark was not appealing as well. We definitely did not want our 1 yr old waking barefoot on it. Overall it was ok and we do have family members who like staying there for the price and convenience but I would rent a different hotel in Alexandria.

Thank you for sharing with us we are sorry you did not find us to your liking. if it helps any; the carpets were newly installed in december, and were cleaned in early spring as we do have a scheduled routine cleaning because we are exterior entrances. You should have never had a burn in your sheets and will let our laudress know she needs to pull that sheet from invnetory. As for 7-11 I cannot comment I myself have not seen anything like that but will speak to the store manager because we are apart of this neighborhood. again I thank you for staying with us and hope you will reconsider staying again we love our guest.
