To start there is not enough parking . Valet staff greeted me immediately but said we had to either pay $22 for valet parking or $10 to self park at which point the staff said he would “ comp “ the valet parking fee if we tipped him because he is a struggling student . When we walked into the facility we were greeted and staff was friendly . Within an hour on being inside our room , we requested that a plunger be brought up because the toilet was clogged . The front desk said it would take approximately 10 minutes to find a plunger . 30 minutes went by and I called the front desk again and no one answered . I called three more times and no one answered. I called the 5th time an hour after the initial call where we got an answer and the front desk said they were working alone and still needed to find a plunger. I then had to DoorDash a $20 plunger from Walgreens because 2 hours had gone by and staff still had not followed up with the request. I could have just taken my car to buy one but I had to pay someone to park my car God knows where and according to the front desk there was no one available to assist guests. I’m really baffled that no one attempted to follow up at least. Really says a lot about the lack of training & hospitality. I would at least like to reimbursed for the plunger I had to buy and leave in the hotel room since I was traveling all the way from California.

Stay was comfortable and staff really attentive. Only down was the day we arrived ( it was pouring), the lobby had a stench like of used waters that kept coming back at some point or another during the following days. That is something the management should address not only for future clients but for the health of the staff that needs to remain in the lobby area all day ( which includes an area that serves food). Other than that the stay was awesome!
