First of all checked in a sentence to a room that somebody was already in after flying since 3 o'clock in the morning who is now 8 o'clock at night then we get to our room door is broke that goes out on the patio took them three hours to sit in our room and clean it they did conferencing give us a room for free one night had a good time

I left my iwatch and have tried multiple times to contact the property letting them know I can ring it with the locator until the battery dies. No one has bothered to contact me back in order to even offer to look. Very dissatisfied with the customer service

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! Super clean and nice staff, great location… the only issue there was a lot of homeless people around the property( which seems to be normal around Bourbon St) it was my first time here so it kind of scared me off for a minute, until I walked in then I was just mesmerized at how beautiful and grand the hotel was! I would definitely stay here again!
