The air conditioner went out on friday. I call fd but no one never came so I called back on Sat and it was repaired but the 1st was horrible.

First and foremost, Ms Rashad Johnson was amazing. This was a trip for my daughter to attend a dance workshop in the hotel. During our stay, we had a mishap with room service. I didn’t expect anything except to return the food and get more. This amazing woman went above and beyond what she needed to do to make sure my kids got their food and more. We stay in a lot of places, not everyone is kind. Kindness really goes a long way. The hotel is older, but clean. The beds weren’t stained, the bathrooms are clean, the floors are clean, there’s no sticky floors, very accommodating.

My experience was excellent overall. The only negative is I paid for the club floor but there was no where to sit for breakfast so we had to eat in the restaurant.

Good location. But had to wait in street in a line because there was not enough valets to park cars Main complaint was our room did not have heat and after a hour working on heater was told to put the hair dryer on nightstand and let it run all night to stay warm. Finally after a hour and half argument got to move to another room where heat mainly worked

The only thing that I would have liked to have had in the room was a mini fridge but other than that I would definitely stay there again
