I thought the new elevator system was a real time saver. This was the first time I have seen a system where you enter the floor number before you get on, and the elevator grouped people together going to floors near each other. I was REALLY disappointed with the parking. The parking spots were WAY, WAY, WAY too small. I drive a 2015 Lexus Rx350. A small vehicle, and returned to find a dent in my car door where someone in the vehicle next to mine dented my door with their door. The was NO ROOM to get in or out of the car without making contact with the car next to yours. Totally ridiculous that spaces are so small. Sheraton needs to invest in larger parking garage.

The location was great but one of the reasons we chose this location was for the rooftop pool which was not available and they had limited food options at the hotel.

Really wasn't much to like. Room was very basic with view of another building. Check-in took FOREVER... Even at 1:00 AM with only 3 people ahead of me in line. Rude staff. Over-priced immensely for a basic room.
