The property is nice and in a great location for walking the French Quarter. The only issue was on two out of four night there was no hot water and we had to take cold showers. This was disappointing when spending almost 400 per night during final four weekend. One evening we called maintenance regarding the issue and we were told they were on the way but they never came.

I thought the new elevator system was a real time saver. This was the first time I have seen a system where you enter the floor number before you get on, and the elevator grouped people together going to floors near each other. I was REALLY disappointed with the parking. The parking spots were WAY, WAY, WAY too small. I drive a 2015 Lexus Rx350. A small vehicle, and returned to find a dent in my car door where someone in the vehicle next to mine dented my door with their door. The was NO ROOM to get in or out of the car without making contact with the car next to yours. Totally ridiculous that spaces are so small. Sheraton needs to invest in larger parking garage.

I tried canceling my reservation due to Hurricane Ida and the fact that the city of New Orleans was being evacuated. I was told I would not be refunded
