We stayed at the Four Points Sheraton in the French Quarter of New Orleans for an impromptu celebration of my child's high school graduation. The location was perfect for him to truly experience the French Quarter, yet the rooms were quiet enough for us to get a good night's sleep. The room itself was lovely with contemporary decor, comfortable beds and bedding, and a great shower. The rest of the hotel was beautiful, although a bit run down in a few areas (hallways, elevators). The valet parking on site was a huge bonus. We didn't use the pool, but the pool area and patio were beautiful. The food at the hotel's restaurant was good (limited options). The staff was friendly and engaged. We were able to walk easily to areas of interest (e.g., St. Louis Cathedral, Jackson Square, Cafe du Monde, etc.). Overall, a great hotel in a good location to truly experience the French Quarter.

Great location if you want to see what happens on Bourbon Street late at night! The music can be loud but not so bad in the room. Saw the sunrise over the top of the Cathedral too. Staff was really great and very helpful! Thanks for everything!

The restaurant wasn't open, and there was only free coffee in the lobby on Monday but not the rest of the week.

Staff was excellent, friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Was very disappointed that we were not notified that they would be working on the main waterline outside the hotel and so we had no water upon waking up. No breakfast except Thursday through Sunday. That was not told to us we had to read it in the elevator it was on the wall.
