The bathroom was nasty, the door lock on the patio was broke ,the ceiling fan was very dusty no one came to clean the room or ask if I wanted my room clean, had to keep asking for clean towels I will never go back to that hotel.

The pool was closed, the breakfast was so limited it was ridiculous and there was no happy hour. None of this was listed on their website. At night cars speed past the hotel screeching tires and doing donuts at 2am. People were screaming and not one thing was said above it.

The property was clean, I felt safe, and the location was decent for my needs. The only nice thing I have to say about our stay would be regarding the concierge employee, Ms. Diane. You could tell she liked what she was doing. The hotel amenities were terrible, this hotel is supposed to offer a full cooked to order breakfast and a daily free cocktail hour. The breakfast included a frozen borritto, an orange, juice and granola bar. The borritto was to be cooked in the room. However, the price was not reduced. I believe we paid $168 per night plus tax. Not only that the reception staff were overrun with guest and never answered the phone. We had to make reservations for housekeeping services every 3 days otherwise services were refused. We had to bring soiled towels downstairs to reception but often they couldn’t provide clean ones and we had to return to pickup because they never remembered to deliver them. I have never experienced anything like this. We tried to change venues but we couldn’t get a refund through Travelocity after being on hold and transferred over a 3 hour period. We did our best to enjoy the trip instead of focus on the failures of the two companies, but it is causing me to reconsider future bookings thru either companies.
