We like everything about the hotel except the that the hotel wasn't open. Covid restrictions have been lifted but this restaurant still didn't open back up.

Beautiful property but our toilet was broke and so was ac in 1st room. Needs better pillows and softer beds

We really liked the hotel! Very rock n roll! Super quiet, huge room that was really hip! Comfy beds, cool bathroom with color changing shower head. Loved the shade in the bathroom! Mini bar and or snacks and a Keurig coffee maker would be nice to have. Definitely need to staff up. 1 person at front desk on a Saturday check in is not enough. The valet is really the biggest issue. Be prepared to wait for a while for valet services. No one waiting ready to take your car. You have to park your car in front of the hotel on canal street, then go inside and get in line with everyone else checking in. Then they call valet to come meet you. It takes a while. Longer than it should if they had valet waiting for guests checking in. I would stay there again, but hope they work out the valet situation.

Looks are deceiving. Hip decor, that’s about it. Everything is broken in the rooms, I found deli ham from a month ago in our cabinets. Be careful not o pull the water fixtures out of the wall when showering. Worst experience ever.

Very kind front staff. The property is clean and has really cool angel vs. devil decor. I recommend staying here because of its proximity to the French quarter & several restaurants and tourist attractions.
